Construction of the future Cransac casino is progressing on schedule. An opening for the end of March is maintained for the moment. Antoine Arévian, president of Aven Finance, the operating company of the Cransac casino, does not hope for a fortuitous event that would force a change in the inauguration date. Anyway, a recruitment campaign has already been launched last Thursday to constitute the staff of the future casino, the eighth establishment in the list of the group.

A Merit-Based Hiring

The future casino of Cransac is still under construction, but the company Arev Finance has already launched the recruitment notices to compose the staff of the said casino. Since last Thursday, the hiring campaign has been in full swing and it will not end until mid-February. Twenty positions are to be filled for the start-up phase. Those in charge of this campaign intend to welcome all applicants to these twenty places. There are 250 of them and each of them will be called for an individual interview.

To give all candidates a chance, recruiters did not require a particular profile or a defined qualification. Their goal is to find versatile employees with good potential, with or without degrees of course. Experience in the world of games, in the hotel or restaurant sector is a good point for the applicant. Presentation, mastery of mental arithmetic and appeal to logic count a lot in the first interview.

Recruiters also do not fail to remind candidates of the rigor, working conditions and constraints demanded by the gaming world. Indeed, the days (7 days a week) and times (11 am to 3 am) working conditions are not always suitable for everyone.

Prepare For The Next Opening

The first individual interviews allow the team in charge of recruitments to sort through and establish a list of potential candidates. The latter then gain a second, more detailed interview. From these second interviews, two types of staff are put in place. There is the team for the play area and the team for the catering. These future employees of the Cransac casino will subsequently follow a training course with a view to the opening of the establishment.

They will also be trained to welcome the 100,000 customers that the gaming complex expects to receive each year. For the start-up phase of the casino, a fleet of 50 slot machines will be available. This park will accommodate 15 other machines thereafter. As the activity progresses (addition of a blackjack table and an English electronic roulette ), new recruitments will take place. For its restaurant, the establishment envisages a service of 100 seats in the dining room and 50 seats on the terrace. This colossal 3.5 million euros project, fully funded by the group, is taking shape at the rate hoped for by Arev Finance.
